I no longer listen to leaders telling me I need to hold on to the old methods of recruiting and prospecting, just because "this is the way we always have been doing it". Surely I am not here to re-invent the wheel... but I do believe nowadays we use low profile mags and no longer ox-wagon wheels to move forward.
